UFC fights

Has anyone seen a UFC fight in Vegas? My husband is getting more into the sport and a dream of his is to actually see a fight live in Las Vegas instead of just on tv. I will use any excuse for a trip to Vegas, so please help me. When do tickets go on sale and how do I find out where the fights are? I want decent seats but I know they may be expensive. I figure instead of seeing a cirque de solei show we would go to this instead.

UFC fights

I%26#39;ve seen UFC but not in Vegas.

Check here for all the dates and schedules.

Right now you can buy tickets for the Jan.31 event, after that the next 3 are not in Las Vegas.

Most likely the next scheduled event in Las Vegas will be UFC 97 in April. They will probably go on sale next month.

As for prices, they range from $50-$750.

I just checked that link. The prices for tickets to the Jan 31 fight are: are you sitting down??

$234 - $8,000!

Ouch. I think i%26#39;ll watch this one on TV, unless MGM wants to comp me!

Actually the UFC is running shows in Tennesse on April 1st, and April 18th in Montreal, Quebec Canada. the next VEGAS UFC event is going to be on Saturday May 23rd. The main event is Matt Hughes vs Matt Serra. Tickets usually start as low as $50 but you need to get them early.

Ragemedia: Where in Vegas is the fight?

Thanks everyone for your help.

What is the best way to get tickets to the UFC fight in Vegas?

The event has not been made official on the UFC.com but is listed here

mmaweekly.com/absolutenm/…

There is no venue listed except that its in Vegas so i would assume its either MGM Grand or Mandalay Bay! best place for tickets will be Ticketmaster.

I would assume you still have another month or so untill tickets go on sale.

Ouch! Hubby and I wanted to see one if we ever happen to be in Vegas during a fight, but $700 for the both of us? No thanks!

Thanks for all of the great info!

Actually Mike, because the event is SOLD OUT, that link takes you to STUB HUB, and not ticketmaster (which sells tickets for UFC above cost).

Those tickets you see for $200-8000 are Stub Hub prices which are basically scalper prices, way above face value.

For every event I have seen in Vegas, ticket prices are $50 (cheapest),$75,$100,$200,$350,and $700 (floors).

For the $100 and under seats, were you still able to have a decent view of the fight? I am wondering if those seats are okay or not.

Thanks,

Tracy
