Well that stinks! It%26#39;s my 40th and we want to come celebrate but it may be too expensive! DO you think the hotels would go back down in price if I tell them I am not there for the Nascar races?

No, the hotels won%26#39;t go down just because you tell them you are not there for Nascar! Maybe you could celebrate your birthday another weekend when the prices go back down. I hope you get to make it to Vegas.

We are there that weekend...and we found a good rate at NYNY (if you have a players card) They even have a friends and family rate that we thought was pretty good for that weekend....89 for Fri, Sat. 59 for week nights

We%26#39;re there that weekend also - starting on the 25th. If you%26#39;re not really fixed on a certain place to stay - try going through Priceline. My coworker just did this and bid $75 for a 3/4 star and her bid was accepted at the Palms.
