LOL, I%26#39;m sure you%26#39;ve grown tired of the many varied buffet questions posted here, but I need help on just one more.....Which buffet has the best prime rib? I was impressed with the Spice market buffet when I was there in Oct, but have been told PR is no longer available mon-thurs there. Is that correct, and if so, which lunch buffet would have decent prime rib? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Yet another buffet question
I think Paris%26#39; Le Village Buffet serves a pretty good hunk of prime rib. I have never been disappointed there. And if you want to go totally nuts, do the Sunday morning Sterling Brunch at Bally%26#39;s. It is out of this world and you%26#39;ve got your choice of many different meats and stuff. Downside is you are going to pay through the nose for it. Hope this helps.
Yet another buffet question
LOL.... hmmm... My first time in Vegas, back in October, only one place ';annoyed'; me with its theme, and you guessed it, Paris it was!!!! I just found it to be silly overall, as if they thought they could recreate Paris by simply offering what every other casino does, and simply adding ';Le'; in front of it. I don%26#39;t know...in a city of cheeziness, I found Paris to be ';king'; so to speak, which shouldn%26#39;t be the case for such a supposedly ';upscale'; property. Thanks for the suggestion anyway, I do still appreciate it!!
the wynn buffet was the best imho.
they had prime rib
food was fresh and atmosphere much nicer then paris
Stratfan1, is you screen name a take off on the Bridgefan1 screen name? Or maybe you%26#39;re Stratton%26#39;s evil twin. Lol.
Maybe its me, but if I wanted Prime Rib, I would skip the buffets altogether and head to a restaurant with a prime rib special. Too often, what is called prime rib on a buffet is either not the real deal or not good. I didn%26#39;t even like the Prime Rib at Wynn.
Always good to hear from my #1 fan, LOL.
I agree with leo. I have yet to have a prime rib at a buffet that is up to what I consider a decent standard. There are so many places where you can get an inexpensive prime rib deal, I wouldn%26#39;t be going to a buffet for this.
Fair enough, any suggestions for a good prime rib deal of the non-buffet variety, either downtown or on the strip?
For those interested if you don%26#39;t mind standing in line the half price ticket outlets sell $2 vouchers for reduced prices to certain restaurants and buffets, one of which is the Paris breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. We used the breakfast and paid $9.99 which saved us $5 each. This I didn%26#39;t know until I was in line and one of the people working passed out a list of restaurants and prices.
bigboomer, that is some very good info. I%26#39;m just afraid it might get lost on this thread. Maybe you would consider posting it as a topic?
Stratfan - They have a prime rib deal at the bay City Diner downtown. I%26#39;ve had it twice, the first time it was really good, the second time so-so.
I also had a good prime rib at the Cortez Room at Gold Coast that was inexpensive.
