Best tasting menu on the strip under $300

Good afternoon, all,

I will be in Vegas this Thursday to Monday and my boyfriend and I would like to go to a nice restaurant (i.e. no jeans) that has a tasting menu and quality food. And the further the requirements, we are looking for $300 or under, including the wine pairing.

The best tasting menu I%26#39;ve had was at Alex, it was $195 per person (are you talking $300 per person or couple?) but I%26#39;m not sure what it is with the pairings because we opted to share a bottle of wine instead. The next best one I%26#39;ve had was at Picasso, that will be less than $300 per person with pairings.

$300 per couple... Sorry, I should have been more explicit about that.

Oh okay, the Vegetarian tasting menu at Michael Mina with pairings would be close but I can%26#39;t think of any others. There are some great tasting menus (Picasso for example) in the $115 range but when you add pairings it will take you over the $300 for two.

I think the tasting menu at Emeril%26#39;s New Orleans Fish House is within this range, and it%26#39;s excellent.
