Limo suggestions - airport to hotel

Anyone do a limo from airport to hotel? I%26#39;m thinking of suprising my son. Any suggestions. I read taxi is around $30, and for a few dollars more, mind as well get real personal service. You only live once and if you can do it, then do it.

kstuder, I have taken a limo on my last 2 trips. We always call Harrah%26#39;s (where we stay) and arrange for a limo both ways. I am not sure of the price. Many people on this forum suggest presidential limo. They have a good reputation.

Thanks, Vegassue and vp. I will look into that. My son just told me today that he will pull an allnighter the morning we leave. lol I found that so cute. He doesn%26#39;t want to miss anything and do what he can, although he can%26#39;t gamble yet. Well, he can%26#39;t go into casinos late, but we can still do what we can. Ok, mushy mom here. I find that so cute of my son.

Ok, what%26#39;s with the fuel charge? I read on their website about a fuel charge for each way.

Fuel charge was applicable when gas prices were around $4+ a gallon. I called and asked the same question and was told that as long as gas prices stay fairly reasonable, there is no fuel surcharge. I%26#39;ve used Presidential in the past and they were great! Will be using them again next month.

On my last trip, one of the girls arranged for us to be picked up in a limo as a suprise. It made the start of the trip more special for all of us.........roses and champagne from the airport to the hotel.

She booked through Presidential.

Keep in mind, even if you are only going airport to hotel, you might have the limo booked for one hour.

Our driver asked us if there was anything we wanted to go see, before he took us to the hotel.

Suprise your son, and stop at the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign for a few photos!

bsue, that is a fabulous idea. Oh yeah, I can see it now. I%26#39;m excited, I%26#39;m excited. I feel so good, I knew that I would now. I feel good.... Singing and dancing now. woooooooohooooooooo It keeps gettin better and better. I still have over 4 months to go darn it. I got my special sunscreen, a digital camera for my son, LVA book, and who knows what else. thank you!@

I think I will book it for 2 hrs when we arrive so we can go by the LV sign, go by the Hard Rock Cafe and Terribles to get their players cards. Ok, how much should the chaffeur be tipped? Probably a dumb question, but I%26#39;m not sure. Thanks
