Sam's Town 300Hi Carolina, we are going to Saturday%26#39;s race. Bought the tickets a year ago. With the economy being down, I wonder what kind of crowd they will get. By the way, went to Myrtle beach last year for the first time and I am hooked! I love it there.
lavi, Ive been going for at least the last 5 years, there%26#39;s always a good crowd, many locals will be attending as well. The Race on Saturday though wont be near as grid locked traffic wise, always a good thing.
Make sure you get there early and visit the sponsor trailers where they give away alot of good freebies. Also, alot of drivers prior to the Race and the Drivers Meetings (that morning) are at the trailers for photos and autographs! Dont know if You just arrived last year at race time, but go early, if you didnt before. Its kinda like a tailgate party!
Glad You enjoyed Myrtle Beach, SC. Ive been going there all my life probably before I could walk, LOL. Its grown by leaps and bounds through the years, so much to do, and shopping there is fantastic, isnt it? :)
Enjoy the Race! Kinda gonna miss that we arent going to Sam%26#39;s Town 300 Saturday Race this year too, maybe we will decide to go on Saturday as well. :)
