Boulder Station Hotel & Casino

We are considering staying at the Boulder Station Hotel %26amp; Casino and was wondering the location: what is the distance from the casino to the airport, the distance from the casino to the strip and the casino to Henderson?

To the airport about 8 miles. To Center Strip also about 8 miles. To Henderson about 10 miles.

From the airport, it%26#39;s 8-10 miles, to the Strip via Flamingo Rd. is 7 miles, and to Henderson (around Fiesta Henderson Casino) is 10 miles. Will you have a car or are you relying on taxis/buses/shuttles?

You also know that Sam%26#39;s Town, Arizona Charlie%26#39;s East, and the new Eastside Cannery are all in the same vicinity as Boulder Station? Unless you have a real reason to stay there, you may want to compare rates at least with the Eastside Cannery since it just opened a couple months ago.

Boulder to strip can take from 20/25 minutes up. All depends on traffic. Last week I traveled Boulder Station to Bellagio for a meeting at 1:00pm. Parking lot to parking lot took 50 minutes. As for Henderson depends exactly where you will be going. Generally about 20-25 minutes with no traffic.

If you have not visited Boulder Station before, it is right off the 95 in a lower ecnomic neighborhood. Very small undiscript pool area. There are other locals places, Sams Town and Cannery about 2/3 miles down the road. Area is OK in day time, not so good in the evening.

we are renting a motorcycle at the harley dealership in henderson so we are looking for a reasonable place to stay for the night we first get in and for the night before we leave. (we are heading down to the grand canyon for a few days in between!

Try Sunset Station. Closer to Harley D and nicer.

I second Sunset Station, the neighborhood and the property are night and day over Boulder Station.

so do you think its a good location between henderson and the airport. it might be a great place for the night before we leave. a great place to check in and not leave for the night but there sounds like plenty to do.

you can get to the airport from Sunset in 10-15 minutes, its probably 10 minutes closer to the airport than Boulder Station is.

There is alot to do right around Sunset, a mall across the street, restaurants etc, in addition to what is in the hotel. Boulder Station is fairly tough area, not the worst in the Valley but certainly not the best. Its on Boulder Hwy and nothing good happens on Boulder Hwy.

sunset is much nicer then boulder and as mentioned plenty of places to eat and shop ez to get to the airport we live about 8 miles south and on a good day can get to the aiport in 20 minutes
