Cancelled my reservation due to Their Computer Problem

I made a reservation and received a confirmation and was charged $216. Two weeks later when I made another reservation to a different location there was a problem. Their agent told me their computer messed up and didn%26#39;t get all the correct information so I gave it to him over the phone and was told everything was fine. Later I received an email that both of my reservations were cancelled due to me giving them the wrong address where I live and get my creidt card bill. They would not correct it and left me without a reservation. The supervisor told me I should call my bank and get it corrected.

They offer good deals but you run the risk of being cancelled at anytime for any reason with no recourse.

Kinda confusing....Did you in fact give them a different address than the one associated with your CC. Who are we talking about?

who is they?

if, in fact, your address info did not match what the credit card has this is an issue with the credit card company. ';they'; do not correct this - you do. That is your recourse.

They did not cancel for ';any'; reason it seems - again, if the info was not the same.

was it the same?

So call your bank and get it corrected. The hotels are pretty much following Vegas protocol. As far as they are concerned, you could be using a bad credit card.
