Harrah's tower for quiet rooms

We are going in May, staying first time in a Harrah%26#39;s Premium room comped. We were wondering which tower to ask for to be away from the Carnival Court outside. We usually stay at Flamingo but thought we would try something different this time. Last year we arrived late to the Flamingo so we had to take the room they had left and then changed in the morning. We were on the side where you could hear the garbage being picked up early in the morning and the back-up beep beep of the truck was awful. We don%26#39;t usually go to bed very early but we are not night hawks so we would be trying to go to sleep before the band would be done. Hope we enjoy our stay as much as we usually do at the Flamingo.

Despite its name, Carnaval Tower is furthest from Carnaval Court and where you want to be if you don%26#39;t want the noise from the partying to be an issue for you.

Mardi Gras Tower is closest to Carnaval Court.

I had a premium room in the Mardi Gras tower, I asked for a quiet room away from Carnaval Court. I was given just that.

I had a premium in Mardi Gras also and had a quiet room, but if you want to ensure a quiet room then Carnival is the tower to ask for. It was years ago but I believe my room in Mardi Gras overlooked the pool.

And FYI if you are a pool person you will be disappointed with Harrahs pool after Flamingos.

Yes the Carnaval Towers are the quiet ones %26amp; away from the noise. If you decide to stay in the Mardi Gras Tower has for a high floor so you don%26#39;t hear the noise.

We just returned from Harrah%26#39;s two days ago. Stayed in a premium room on the 29th floor in the Carnival Tower. It was a ';strip'; view but we really couldn%26#39;t see that much of the strip although we did look down on the Mirage volcano. The room was very quiet, didn%26#39;t hear a peep out of anyone or any of the noise from Carnival Court. I belive this room was also recently updated. We were very happy with it!

Does anyone know the difference between a %26#39;luxury%26#39; room at Harrah%26#39;s vs. a %26#39;premium%26#39; room? I assume the deluxe room is the standard room.

I can%26#39;t find anywhere on their site a distinction of these rooms.
