No, not necessarily. Most restaurants and buffets will be open but they will probably have special menus and pricing. I wouldn%26#39;t anticipate many stores away from the strip being open. As for shows, it is early for a full schedule of performers but I wouldn%26#39;t be surprised if a few headliners have breaks scheduled for just before or after Easter.
