Total Rewards card question

My husband and I are total rewards card holders (Harrahs) and frequent Atlantic City often. We get comp rooms at Ballys A.C but how are the comps in Vegas with the TR card? She we call or just log in and get the online rates. It shows that we have 4 nights comped at Imperial Palace but that%26#39;s not where I want to stay! Been to Vegas many times but never stayed at a Harrahs property. Interested in Flamingo

Total Rewards card question

Most of the time, what you see online is what you get when you call...even though a call wouldn%26#39;t hurt...it%26#39;s free.

Total Rewards card question

You might as well call. Maybe they will give you a dicounted rate. Good luck.

We are Harrah%26#39;s players and I log into my account and then go to my Offers to find rooms to see what we have and then I will call my host or contact reservations and they can help you if you need other casinos or more nights based on your play. Enjoy your trip.

Try logging in and then click on hot deals and see what rates you get. After you see those rates, just click on reservations, select Las Vegas, All Properties from drop down menu and put in your husband%26#39;s TR number as companion and see what rates you get. You will probably get very low rates or possibly free rooms, depending on your play. If you%26#39;re not happy with those rates, then try calling them. Good luck.

I would call a total rewards clerk (they are very helpful) and ask them. Have your tr# ready.

Keep logging in and check again. I have seen things change on-line. Imperial Palace is on the dumpy side of hotels, even for Harrah%26#39;s group.

What level card do you have, gold, plat, diamond?

once you%26#39;ve logged in, on the hot deals menu check all las vegas hotels. it will show you rates based on the default room settings for all the vegas properties.

you may need to change the drop-down room selectoins in order to see what rooms you will get comp%26#39;d. for example, the rio premium suite may not be comp%26#39;d but the deluxe should be. the other thing to note is that the comps are based on availability of room type so even if it shows comp* on your rate, you will want to click on the dates of stay and check through to see what the actual rate will be.

hosts these days don%26#39;t have a ton of flexibility to do more than the online booking unless you%26#39;re a whale (definitely not my case). they%26#39;re under instructions to have you use the online tool first, then your available harrars rewards points against the rooms before pulling strings.

it%26#39;s all good - it%26#39;s just business on their part, and in this economy everyone is cutting back. the nice thing is if you play any decent level they did make a lot more free rooms available online than they have in the past to encourage your patronage.

hope that helps!
