Skylofts vs Bellagio?

Planning a special trip for my daughter and mom March 7, 8th. We%26#39;re seeing O at the Bellagio 3/8. I would love to hear what people think about the 1bdrm penthouse at the Bellagio vs the 1 bdrm at the skylofts. I%26#39;m already familiar with the price comparisons. I%26#39;m looking for feedback on what would be most impressive for a surprise and family friendly (my daughter is 10), best bang for the buck.

Although I haven%26#39;t personally stayed in a Bellagio Penthouse, if you are going for impressive...Skylofts is the only way to go!

Right now the Skylofts is going for $510 on that Sunday...Lowest rate ever.

The Skyloft team will meet you at the airport, and when I say airport I mean the gate. Somehow they have special access thru security. Limo/Maybach ride to the MGM and celebrity status the rest of the way. You get to skip the check-in desk and that hassle, they escort you directly to your room. Tell the pre-arrival concierge what ';surprise'; you are planning and they can set up something appropriate waiting for you in the room such as cake, beverage, etc. Also let them know about your Cirque-O plans and they should be able to arrange complimentary limo transportation.

As for the room, you mom will love the $10k Kohler Infinity Edge Tub and the menu of 12 different kinds of pillows while your daughter if going crazy that she can control her iPod from the Crestron touchscreen remote that works everything from the TV to the automatic curtains.

I would pick Skylofts for a treat.

The only thing they need to change at Skylofts is IMO the living area/dining area furniture, it looks very plain and bland. But everything else I have seen thru photos and read about looks/sound fabulous at Skylofts.
