Which hotel?!?!

I am going with my mom for our birthdays beginning of March and can%26#39;t decided which hotel we should stay at. I go about once a year and she hasn%26#39;t been in 30 years. My choices are Mirage, Paris, Caesars and Mandalay Bay. We are moving to Wynn when brother arrives so two nights we are on our own.

Which hotel?!?!

The Mirage and Mandalay Bay are going to be far superior hotels/casinos than Paris or Caesar%26#39;s. Wynn is a great choice. I have stayed there before a loved it.

I have some specials %26amp; promotional codes on my blog for some of the hotels and casinos. You might check those out.

The winter months seem to be the slowest here in Vegas so you should probably book sooner rather than later to get the best deals.

Have fun in fabulous Las Vegas. :D

Thank you!

If you stay at Ceasars Palce try to stay in the Forum, Augustus, or Palace Tower as these are all new or newley renovated. The ';classic'; rooms at CP are in need of a renovation and are not as nice as the 3 towers I mentioned.

Mandalay Bay and Mirage renovated their rooms with in the last 1-2 years and are nice.

Paris renovated their rooms 1 year ago but only renovated half of them, and are not planning on renovating the other half anytime soon. The Paris rooms with the sofa shaped like red lips are the newley renovated Paris rooms.

Have a good trip.

pslove, I loved that genie joke. That genie pulled the same scam on us.

Caesars would be the top choice, large rooms with huge marble bathroom, large sitting area, very comfy heavenly beds, lots of great choices in where to eat, the best Spa QUA Baths, the Forum for shopping, great location center of the strip.

Paris would be 2nd very nice room with large bathroom %26amp; large rooms, very comfy beds, lots of good choices in where to eat, connected to Bally%26#39;s thru an inside walkway, good location, friendly stay

Mandalay Bay very nice resort hotel, rooms %26amp; beds are nice, casino is very nice, only draw back is it located way South on the strip.

Mirage has very small bathroom, casino is dark %26amp; dingy.

i would say mandalay bay. especially since you%26#39;re going to head to the other end of the strip for a stay at the wynn later in your trip.

that way you%26#39;ll see both ends of the strip AND stay in nice places.

It really depends; lots of the hotels have special factors in them which may sway your decision, like these:

Caesars was in construction but now it is stalled but they are still doing things.

Mirage is a half mix of new and old, which is sometimes weird! New modern rooms meets the old but classy check in area. I%26#39;m currently writing a review on it on my blog eattraveleat.blogspot.com so if you want to look at some photos of Mirage as of now (haven%26#39;t finished yet), you can go there.

Wynn is a very nice hotel; I think you will enjoy it! Make sure you check out Encore; it is very detailed and interesting, and is very different from Wynn Las Vegas itself. Encore is more like Wynn Macau but it has its own sense of style.

Location wise it would depend on if you wanted to drive and if you all like to walk. Some people do, some people do not. And if you do not, Mirage or Caesars have good locations; they are close to shopping places and many restaurants.

I agree with vancouverkitty. As you%26#39;re going to be staying at Wynn later in your trip I would opt for Mandalay Bay so you get to stay at opposite ends of the Strip in two great hotels.
